they used to be a lot better than they are now in my opinion.
back a few years ago, they werent as well-known and they did everything to cater to the player. they had incredible customer service and very polite customer service reps and all that. if you sent an email to them, you could count on getting it back within a few hours. you needed to talk to a manager? no problem.
theyve slipped since then. customer service there isnt what it used to be. there have been times when ive sent an email and then never received a response period.
they play real hard ball on their bonuses and all their rules are ambiguous at best, and of course they use that to their advantage.
you will get paid from them. thats not the issue. but for a book that used to be #1 for customer service if you ever had a question or needed help.....theyre now back to the middle of the pack.
