On the course!
Of course Ohio St got knocked back! Couldn't possibly have LSU/Clemson play before the Championship!

If you're going to shuffle teams based on how good they look when they win, shouldn't it be:

1. Clemson
2. Ohio St
3. LSU
4. Oklahoma

??????

These fuckers are probably in charge of elections, too!

O St
Clemson
LSU
OK

that's how it should be.....

So. Cal
Haha

They actually got the order right based on this season's resumes:

Lsu
Osu
Clemson
Ou

Any of the top three can win....i think clemson might be the best team but lsu d is coming around and they get the "home field" during the playoffs.

They got it right based on hoping for a CLEM/LSU final.

i was starting to hope that LSU would have been number 2 so they could kick the shit out of Clemson on their way to the NC game.............

funny how worried OSU and Clemson were about that #1 seed, a little embarrassing if you ask me - Buckeyes looked like they had been left out of the playoff altogether when it was announced that they were #2 and Dabo still hasn't shut up about it

I just wonder why D1 can't be like D2 it is embarrassing to me. It is not just about the top 4 teams it's about winning in a playoff tourney like a D2.

It was an 8 team playoff
Utah played - lost
Georgia - lost
Baylor - lost
Oklahoma - Won

Now your down to 4. :0074

What would of happened if only two teams could play for it. Fans aren?t giving enough credit to the teams going undefeated regardless of conference.

True. But there are other examples of this not working out every year. It's just about keeping the bowls, sponsors, and money intact. But the system will not change and I get that at least D2 figures it out,

If it were the old BCS system Dabo probably would have gotten arrested by now! Imagine that controversy. Personally I think LSU and Clemson are the two best teams, but I do think the seedings are correct based on the schedules they have played. Dabo can talk all he wants but his SOS just sucked and that is why he is third. Not sure why he is complaining though as I think they match up well against Ohio State and should win the game.

I guess you can argue 1 vs 2, but overall, there really is no controversy at all.

As a gambler, I absolutely love the seedings!!

bowl situation still so fucked up anyway at this point, don?t see why they can?t have a tourney with the 5 P5 conference winners, one auto spot for GO5 and 2 wildcards and use the bigger bowls in a rotation for the games - we?re talking about one extra weekend

There are soooo many hands grabbing at that bowl money sponsorship. The bowls aren?t going away.

Plus most of the teams actually wanna go, and it gives us more games to gamble on. :popcorn2

WTF are you even talking about? IMO OSU is the best team in the country, LSU a close second. Resume wise you could flip-flop the two in the 1 and 2 spots and no argument could really be made. Clemson though? They've had a fairly lackluster year. They've come around the last 3-4 weeks but it's hard to tell in that league they're in. They could win it all, they're starting to play better when they need to. We'll see. Absolutely nothing wrong with those rankings though.
