Man its ashame Chapelle went off the air, that was one of the funniest shows in recent memory.
Isnt that an OXY-MORON? The RICH people dont live in PHILLY, they move out to the suburbs....regardless if you're in South Philly or Old City. BTW, how much tearing up was done at the World Series and that parade?
