when will it be on pay per view?

if you don't feel like waiting for pay per view, download the torrent and watch it off your computer or burn it to CD and watch it...either way there are plenty of copies there with excellent quality...

but my opinion of his acting ability started to changed when he did another scorsese movie about the guy who was an imposter...thought he did a pretty credible acting job.

Gangs of New York? That was the movie where my opinion on him really changed. Before he was just a pretty boy face to bring in the teenage girls (who are an ATM for movie companies). Even though I didn't think "Gangs" was one of the better movies I've seen, I thought Leo was great. He surpassed that in The Departed.

Just picked it up at best buy tonight and watched it. Very good flick...for a slight second i was a little disappointed w/ the ending. That is, until I remembered it was a M. Scor. film and then it was fitting.

Shitty movie?:com: :com:

Well, that is a little harsh, but I was definately dissapointed. Sucks too because I haven't seen a good movie in a while and this thing got hyped up to the max. Great actors, and very good 1st hour, but the rest of the story went down hill and was full of holes and ridiculous Holywood BS that would never ever happen.

They butchered that ending too IMO.

The Departed wasn't that good. In a few years nobody will remember it. At least it won't be talked about in the same way as an all time great movie like Pete's Dragon.

Matt Damon can take the next ten years off and do voice overs in the mean time.
