"The EYE" is on............................

A friend of mine, who has a buddy who goes through some service, all I can remember is they call him "The EYE", got a call from his buddy telling him the Eagles were the play this week. Not sure if anyone else knows who this is. My friend told me this last night, and says this guy has been on fire and that his friend is up untold thousands on the year. This guy has no reason to lie to me, but I have never met his friend. I did get 1 big college play from him this year, Kansas was a 12 point dog and won outright. I don't believe in the Tooth Fairy, just passing along info that I got. Anyone know who this might be? I'll try to find out myself. Not totally sure about my play, but I wasn't planning on playing the Eagles.
