--as liberals dubbed it when they wanted to demonize the Iraq war has now also been labeled Obama's war.

Will be interesting to see the reaction of O and liberals as we've suffered the back to back largest months in casualties since start of war.

He will probaly catch more flack over this than healthcare and Cap and tax combined before it's over. Would wager his hair is grey before end of 1st term.

Speaking of wagers- that brings me to question--we have 2 states electing governors in November--New Jersry and Virginia. Both currently have Dem govs.
Ill wager $250 on each that they have Reb govs after election--any takers--

There was never any need for liberals or anyone to "demonize" the war in Iraq. It was an unconstitutional war predicated on more than 270 public declarations of WMD's in Iraq by the Bush Administration.

Believe it was war where Osama(with an s) said AQ would make their stand and drive the U.S. out--that we didn't have guts for it.While he was correct about Obama (with a b) liberals-- fortunately GW and troops staved off liberals efforts to retreat and dealt UBL and the "we lost liberals" both humiliating defeats.

Bottom line AQ got their ass kicked and ran out of Iraq.

We'll see how Gumby and liberals fair in Afgan

Gee, I wonder WHY Osama(with an s) said that. Maybe because we left him alone and went to Iraq in the first place? What's he gonna say, we'll make our last stand here in either Pakistan or Afghanistan, where the Americans left to go fight another war for some reason? Are you serious?!? Why wouldn't he say that, based on the actions the Bush administration took?

I guess I missed all those reports of Al Qaida making a big stand in Iraq. Sure, there were some scattered terrorists and groups that headed there after we left them alone, since they pretty much just want to blow up American soldiers and allies. But a final stand? With any real amount of fighters? Again, are you serious? Do you expect anyone with any sense of reality to believe you have an accurate point with that post? Al Qaida - none of them, I would assume - would have ever gone into Iraq without us there, as Osama(with an s) and Saddam disliked each other very much. But we galvanized them somehow, albeit separate, but gave them the same mission.

I don't know what I think about the pushes in Afghanistan and Pakistan. At least I understand the logic in doing it, unlike Iraq. What a concept, stay on mission to try to attack the terrorists where they are, not to mention the leader of the entire movement. I daresay we might not be there at all, which would be the best thing, if Bush and Co. would have done their job - the job they said we had to believe in, and most supported, including me. Taking our collective eye off the ball, based on their agenda in Iraq, is still very much to blame for the current wars Obama has to deal with.

Wars are always "GOOD" for big business, doesn't matter who the puppet in the White House is. :SIB

As much of a JOKE that the movie JFK was, there were a few nuggets of truth and some things to ponder on. The scene with Costner ( Jim Garrison) and Sutherland (Col X) and the breakdown of the big military contracts and who gets rich while the war machine keeps going is an age old adage, as long as wars are fought, there will be military contracts. Just look at Haliburton: KBR, Blackwater USA: Xe, and these numbnut fuck sticks from Wackenhut/Armor Protection. The very same Wackenhut dopes you see protecting construction sites, malls, housing areas ! LIKE MINE ! The ASSHOLES SPEED THRU HERE LIKE THEY ARE QUALIFYING FOR DAYTONA ! I put an end to that, I walked out in the middle of the street and stood in front of his car and told him that it was excessive speed thru a residential when he wasn't on a call. He asked how I knew that? Because your lights aren't on, and you do it all the time, and there is no need to have your weapon unholstered, so remove you hand from your weapon, because I am quite jumpy around firearms. He told me to step away from the vehilcle :mj07: :nono: I told him to fuck off, you are a mall cop, you have no right to tell me what to do in my neighborhood when you have committed the crime. He told me again, again, I told him to fuck off, so he called his supervisor, who called the cops. GOOD ! By this time my neighbor came out, brought me a water and asked me what was going on? I told him I was tired of this idiot speeding thru here and it was time to tell him to quit it. Good he said, because he has 3 kids. The cops show up, his supervisor shows up. We go thru our stories. He get's busted for:

A) Speeding thru a residential area.

B) having his weapon unholstered and on the passenger seat and an unregistered firearm in the vehicle

C) then he adds to it by threatening me by saying "You fucking prick, you have no fucking idea who you are messing with, I know whereyou live, I served 3 tours in Iraq, and I will get you"

For that who bumped his head on the squad car, courtesy of the Locals  :142smilie

My reply was, "I'm not going anywhere, but where you are going, it's going to be a long time before you visit me" Peace

There are many chuckle heads like this working for armed security companies and law enforcement kurby

What world do you live in? We not only lost in Iraq because the liars that planned told us we would be out in 5 months tops but we are now losing to the Taliban too because we stayed too long. Is Obama wrong to sta in Afghanastan? Yes, it is a war we cannot win on the ground. Same as we could not and did not win in Iraq.
If you told me when we went into Itaq that 7 years later we would still be there and Americans were still losing their lives I don't think anyone would think it was a victory.
As for Gumby and the libs are you rooting for a loss? You sound like an anti-american. But then again I always thought you were anti-american by your stupid, blind, support of Viet Nam and Iraq and Afghan when your boys were in charge.

Of course he's anti-american, half the time he's Chinese, the rest of the time he wears a coat of many colors, usually the coat is green, the color of money, he would sell his granny for money !!
I know that he don't care about winning the wars since Obama got elected... one might think that it's republican vs democrat, but don't be fooled by that... strictly a BLACK and white thing with this RACIST.
The country has gotten 10 times worst since the election... lots of people are just waking up ... My GOD ...Bush was so bad that we've elected a BLACK president, who is this guy ???
Bill Maher said that most people are stupid and boy was he right.
Also let me say that I'll never believe that osama is alive... I believe that he's been dead for a long time. Some day they may bomb a place and tell you that osama was there and show you DNA and tell you that they've just killed osama and this DNA belongs to osama... I'll never believe that either.I may eat crow on this one... if they capture osama alive and prove to the world that it's him then remind me that I made this post and i'll eat a pile of shit.
Our government makes up shit all the time to keep you scared. I don't get scared by the cave people in Afghanistan,we've got no business in that part of the world,I don't use heroine and I don't need any goats. There is nothing to win in Afghanistan.
Anyone that knows anything about wars should know that it's all about money .

I'm not rooting against him in Afgan Stevie--have you missed my posts on his best accomplishment to date--being his efforts with Pakistan on war.
You can bet your ass if we have troops on ground I'll be rooting them and Gumby--

Per War-Only time you'll see me get on Gumby/liberals is if they get on their mission of retreat again--put our troops in harms way by putting up every photo they can to stir up terrorists--give terrorist miranda rights-
replace our intel with Gumby's Gummers

No takers on the wagers??????

I'll have to take a look at those two wagers you speak of - I'm guessing there's more than just the Obama factor involved in you thinking the republicans will win. Maybe they have a couple of good candidates, maybe better than the dems do?

While we're asking for feedback, no takers on my points (Wayne)?

You're right DTB, let's continue the Bush Doctrine instead.
Ya do know what the Bush Doctrine is, don't ya DTB?
I know someone who can help...

Hey Sarah, could you please explain the Bush Doctrine to our little friend DTB here?

"I'm gonna have to get back to ya on that one Trench"

From their website...

Once again, picture in your mind a round world. Now imagine that there are two people on this world, one at each pole. For the person at the top of the world, (the North Pole), gravity is pulling him down, towards the South Pole. But for the person at the South Pole, shouldn't gravity pull him down as well? What keeps our person at the South Pole from falling completely off the face of the "globe"?

Holy crap... what an epiphany!
Thanks Lumi. I'm now convinced the world is flat.
I mean, who could possibly argue with that logic, right Sarah?

More from The Flat Earth Society...

"The Earth is, according to "round Earth" theory, orbiting the sun at a radius of around five-hundred million kilometers. Were this the case...The Earth accelerating in circular motion would behave no differently than would a car taking a corner: loose objects (humans and animals would act like loose change or a cup of coffee on the dashboard) would slide around, or be thrown off completely. There would be an apparent centrifugal force on everything. During the day, when things would be facing the sun and therefore on the inside of the "orbit", buildings would be crushed and humans beings squashed like grasshoppers in a centrifuge. And at night, when everything would be at the outside, trees and buildings would be ripped from the ground and flung into outer space, and humans wouldn't stand a chance."

Well, they're a little off on the radius of Earth's orbit around the Sun (93 million miles), but none the less, I've gotta admit, their theories have me... :00x32

How much more proof do people need to see that this guy is a commi

Regardless of what he is, Commie, A can of Coke or a rubber tree plant, there ain't a damn thing we, the peasants, can do about it

There are those who organize in a Peaceful manner and don't get noticed, that's me, although I tend to run my cake hole here, and then there are those who organize and join Whack Job groups because they are inspired by Glenn Beck
