I have always been decent at picking winners, but I have rarely won more than I lost due to horrendous money management. I am dedicated to money management now, and I want to keep a public record to keep myself honest and accountable. I am starting with a bankroll of $1000. If I go bust, then I will consider my handicapping days over.

I will be wagering 5% of the bankroll on every pick, and that 5% will be recalculated daily. A max of 3 plays a day will be the limit, and that will probably be just for football Saturdays and Sundays. Most days there will be one play or no plays. Selectivity and discipline will rule this journey. No more chasing and foolishness for me. I hope you all enjoy following along.

Starting Bankroll: $1000

WAGER: 5% = $50 on Green Bay Moneyline

Risking $50 to win $20

Green Bay may or may not cover the spread here, but I find it extremely unlikely that they lose this game at home. May the Force be with your plays!

One thing I forgot to mention is that the goal is to increase my bankroll 20% every month. I may not do it every month, but I think it is a good, ambitious goal to shoot for.

I just did something that I hope doesn't burn me. If I survive it, then I may be done with live betting in pro games.

Risking 300 to win 100. Philly to win.

Of course, the VERY first time I step outside the parameters of money management on the experiment I get fucked. I love life.

I hope others can learn from me on what not to do. I would have had a 3-0 day, but then I absolutely pissed all over myself with 2 live bets. Christ.

bet peruvian currency!

I wish I would have been betting soles last night...

The good news is that last night taught me a valuable, if expensive, lesson. DO NOT DEVIATE ONE IOTA FROM PROPER MONEY MANAGEMENT!!! I solemnly swear that the experiment will proceed with proper discipline on my part. Live betting is nixed for me. When I can analyze things in with a cool head, I will win. When I make quick decisions in the heat of the moment, disaster ensues. Live betting took a perfect day to a perfectly awful day. If I really have learned my lesson, then it was worth it.

Record 6-5 -246.75 (-350 of it from my 2 idiotic live bets last night)

Bankroll 787.74
