Something is rotten in the state of Oklahoma. Game opens up at -14, which seems WAY low. This is a Tulsa team that got smoked by Oklahoma. OSU is ranked #8 and put up over 700 yards of offense against this Tulsa team last year. OSU has been destroying teams. Everything points towards Oklahoma State, and the public backs them at an 89% clip and the line moves DOWN to 13.5. Don't know how in the hell Tulsa keeps this close, but I'll ride along with Vegas. Buying the half point.
