keep your chin up, saint. that's what your Dad would want. Your Mom appreciates you taking care of things at this time. He lived through fascinating times and raised a smart son.

Hell I don't know
Sorry for your loss bud. I lost my mom in a car accident 5 yrs ago. I am so thankful for having 30 yrs with her. Stay strong for your mom and remember that good memories will lie within everything around you. I still come across things that remind me of something I haven't thought about in 25 yrs and it makes me smile. Keep family and friends close.

I am sorry I missed this... probably an incredibly tough day... my father is my hero... so losing that must be devastating. Not having lost a parent yet, I can truly fathom the magnitude of your loss, but I would imagine your dad wants you to celebrare his life, and the memories!

God be with your family and especially your mom!

Regards,

Despite the BS that flies around here, we are all a family of sorts, and are all sending support and prayers to you. Please don't hold back at the funeral, wake, and other times right now, although I know you feel like you have to hold it together. Take some time to let it all out, and really mourn the passing of what is obviously someone incredibly important to you.

Please take care of yourself and the others around you. Sincere condolences to you.
