This place has been around for a very long time, it's very old school. Kind of reminds me of Carl's Chop House. I like it, it's an old fashioned joint with great traditional food. You'll love it.

Roast is the complete opposite of Carl's. Great food but more trendy. They even have a Absinthe bar, at least they did when I was there. You might like this place, I'm not sure?

I'm not a big fan of steak but I might try out Roast. We do a lot of work at the Book Cadillac moving residents in & out might stop in for lunch when I'm there checking on crews.

I grew up with a guy who loved Paul's . In the old days a lot of the "bad boy's " hung out at night.
