I never brought up your boy at the times, not once, you seem to be fixated on him, I'm looking at the Mylroie & Miller connection to the President. The only arguments you have ever got out of me against Bush is the way he has executed this war. I have said it many times, I'm for the war on terror but not in this conventional way in Iraq.

the supreme court heard arguments on tuesday in a case that will determine whether foreign prisoners being held at the u.s. naval base in gitmo can be tried by american courts......
we have thomas, alito and scalia vs. ruth ginsberg, breyer, souter, kennedy and stevens.....(roberts recused himself for voting for the gov't in the lower courts before he was a supreme)....
looks like we'll now have 400 or so 4 year long regular trails for all captured battlefield fighters....replete with all civil liberties protections accorded to american civvies....
or.....we`ll let them loose to cut more heads off...and kill more innocents........

Like Mylroie and Miller, Murtha was a friend of the Bush AD before the war. The neocons and the boys loved him, they couldn't drag him out and kiss his ass enough. Now that Jonh Murtha has voiced his concerns for the way we are using our troops, this man , a man that has been there on the ground and knows more about combat than all of the policy makers put together, is slandered by pukes that don't even have a clue. Murtha has payed his dues, and it's his patriotic duty to speak up.

What did you think of Nelson Mandela being locked up all those yrs. If our Judges vote by the law and their conscience and some of these guys are afforded a trial, whats the problem with that. You know that most of these prisoners will never see a court room, this is just another ploy by your boys to divert attention from the real story. What do you think the # will be ? 1% 3 to 4% ? This is grand standing by the right that will follow by grand standing by the far left. Mark it down. Some smart ass lefty lawyers will find a sympathetic case. There has to be one guy in the wrong place at the wrong time. They will make him the poster boy for people held with out cause.

You are scared of me, Our Highest Court and the free press, did I leave anything out ? We should line up those monsters and let you be judge jury and executioner. When I asked you if you had ever been a communist, I was just kidding, but you don't like the press or the court and it sounds like you would like to line up every one of those prisoners near an open mass grave and be done with them. Can you see why someone may think you may be further right than you say ?
