The new movie 'Snowpiercer'

Independent scifi movie with limited release for bullshit corporate reasons. Just came out on VOD (I got it off Amazon)... awesome post apocalypse movie. About 10min in Tilda Swinton's character shows up and you know it's going to be awesome. Kind of a Blade Runner and District 9 flavor. Worth the time and money if you like scifi:0074

Pretty crazy movie! Very much kept me enthralled having no idea what was going to happen next. I just could not get over the premise of the flick being so implausible. Definitely worth seeing though!

I agree with Jaxx that this movie keeps you wondering what's going to happen next. You do need to willingly suspend your disbelief big time. Like the Asian drug addicts who miraculously are never scathed by the close knit hatchet battles all around them. I rate this movie a 7 out of 10. It is not as good as World War Z but it is much better than that Taking of Pelham 1, 2, 3 remake.

The ethereal discoveries as they moved from car to car reminds me of Eyes Wide Shut. There are a few good zingers at the end, yet the final scene is rather what the fuckish.
