Kwame Kilpatrick to jail---

who said--he was --

"great mayor? and a leader not just in Detroit but all across the country? I'm grateful to call him a friend,"

Hint: next quote you see will be--he's not the man I Knew. :)

He'll still be his friend.

Unlike some that stated that others were "an agent for intolerance" and then became their bitch

Listen son, I was like you in my younger days, my best advice is to keep your dick in your pants from here on out, get me hockey stud.

share the love

The look that old lady McCain 96 mother gave to Bristol and Levi was priceless. If looks could kill they would both be gone :142smilie :142smilie

her little tummy kinda cute. Levi seems proud of his accomplishments. Meeting the VIP of the world. And to think last week he was just chewing tobacco, playing hockey , and busting with his friends.

Hell maybe the Repubs would appoint Levi to a cabinate post. Lets see .... Head Adm for Social Servies.

Dept of child and family services.

Just got back from My parent--no computer

On the pregnacy--

So you don't believe Daily Kos lies that it was Sarah's now?

Glad to came to senses on that

--as for daughter--I'll give most one miscue
--but if she goes on welfare and food stamps--ships kid off and does it again--and kid ends up with who knows how many 1/2 brothers and sisters--I'd say dysfunctional would be my adjective. :)

I understand that now.

But maybe thats what started them having to tell the press she was in child.

Children raising children is never good.

Maybe if the VP had been vetted this might never have come up. There would have been no attempt to cover anything up.

Do you think she was properly vetted ?

let me get this understood.

I think we are getting somewhere now since you have computer access again.

your saying the behavior of teenage pregnacy has differant rules for some than others.

The ones with the cash , no problem.

Its classic John McCain , you should be proud to be a American.

The thing I found most interesting in this whole pregnant daughter scenario is when Palin made the comment in her speech that the family came together as a group and "made a decision" on how best to proceed - and have the child.

If memory serves - both she and the new worshippers of her believe there is no choice in the matter.

The sheer hypocrisy that surrounds the republican choices for President are astounding to me.

Cmon Chad, It wasn't the Mom's choice alone, maybe the daughter and future daddy had a say in it. Your kids agree with everyone of your ideologies? I'm prolife but my daughter isn't. And she is pregant out of wedlock. She could have an abortion but decided not to. We as a family made a decision, but it was hers in the end. No hypocrisy, just spin on your part.

Eddie, nice to read ya. Still think you are the most entertaining person in this forum! Go Reds!!

Even though it may not be as acceptable in a moral or religious family, the point is not to judge. Other religious people don`t, just try to help if needed.
Liberals are the ones who love to point fingers.

Chad:

By now, their double standards should no longer be astounding to you.

Eddie

Your comparing 1 child getting pregnant and your base's 70% national illegitimacy rate is what is astounding Edward.

Do they ever let you appear at a trial--or let you just work on jury selection--Spy-sponge-jabbers etc. :mj07:

Wayne:

I am incompetent at all phases of trial:

voir dire, opening statement, direct, cross, closing argument.

Now to your point. Although I am not a democrat but rather an independant with left leanings, I assume you are talking about the african american community when you refer to the 70% base of that party. I do not dispute that the majority of african american children are born out of wedlock.

I would like you to point out where the democrat party has made abstinence and pre-marital sex and teenage pregnancy a significant part of their platform? I didn't think so. However, as you know, the party of morals (unless it happens to me) and Jesus has made it part of the foundation of the platform.

Hence, the hypocrisy.

Piratefan, thanks for the kind words. By the way, I went to a Pirates-Reds game last week along with about 322 other people. It was a real blast watching one team 26 games out battle another team 23 games out in early September while drinking $7.00 Miller lites. Caught up on my reading Ohio Bar Weekly though.

Yes, religious people are known for their accepting non-judgmental ways.
