On paper it looked good. But that's why they play the games and what I've seen is Notre Dame would be equivelant to a Mississippi State in the SEC. Deer in headlights from kickoff. Play like a champion? more like play like fucken chumps.
Glad when the college playoffs start, should be a 4 team playoff to see who plays the sec champ for BCS championship

Wow, I figured Bama would be able to score against ND, but I didn't think they would score THAT much! ND is the most overrated team I have ever seen. Johnny Football would probably score 60+ against this team. :mj07:
Hence why ND will continue to reject conference invites. They have the easiest road to the MNC game. Maybe this upcoming playoff setup will force them to dump the indy status.

A few teams turned out to be duds, but pre-season their sched looked like a bear!! USC, Stanford, Mich, MSU, OKla.

usc Stanford mich msu okla all were supposed to be good.
that's why the bcs is garbage....turns out none of these teams with the exception of Stanford were worth a shit....so ND got a free walk into the big game....
fuck they needed 3 OTs to beat pitt,,,,in ND
