amen brother...i actually hung out and watched waiting for what i was sure was gonna be some huge tribute to paul newman.....
very disappointed that they couldn`t do a little better for a great,great actor and an amazing humanitarian....i know he was a liberal...but who cares?...he was the absolute best that hollywood had to offer...who didn`t love newman?...
i never have gotten penn...liked him in "bad boys"...but he always plays the same guy...and if he`s doing an accent,he sounds like sean penn doing a contrived accent.... he's always sullen, and holds his mouth like a pissed off bass that just grabbed a fly.....
and btw....penn gets an award for playing a gay activist.... rock hudson played a straight guy for, like, 30 years or so and the public never figured it out....
where's his award?....:shrug:
