Insane! I would say if you chose to take a tax deduction you should not be allowed to vote. If you work for a company that has government contracts you can't vote. If you are a citizen you can vote. Over 18. Period. No restrictions. Let's not start qualifying citizens to vote. Making some kind of super citizen who can vote. I am sure he will give the rest of us the best.

I think it is insane that someone that does not know that we gained our Independence from England gets the same vote I get.
I think it is sad that someone who votes in America would actually vote to limit voting rights to a select few.
