I watched the first half of this last night before Project Greenlight came on. This is actually Reality TV. Basically, cameras were rolling for a very hyped restaurant's opening. I just happened to catch this while flipping through last night, so I don't know many details. It was good TV, though. If you have never worked in the food industry, this gives you a pretty good glimpse of how it goes. They had a major fire, police dept. towing cars, ran out of silverware and glasses, and the food was being sent out improperly all night. Basically, it was your run of the mill trial run night.
Too bad it is competing with Project Greenlight. Sunday is the only night that I make sure I watch a little TV, so at least I'll get to see the first half each week.
