Luckily I had an oasis in the form of the NO Jazz and Heritage Festival to take my mind off the loss - was the difference b/t a big pay day or a low balance in my account - no big deal just never like to lose those types of plays
Another thing that made it more stomachable was the embarrassment being suffered by the Mavs - the team took the lead of their big man and, simply put, he didn't even try - go back and watch the tape of the game and keep your eye on Dirk the entire time, almost makes you think he was on the take - a complete embarrassment and if I was a decision maker for the Mavs I would get rid of him immediately, he has run his course in Dallas
Of course that won't happen b/c this is the NBA and that's not really how it works
