Check these out, guys, and confirm that you accept them. Note the time period for making the picks. This is the only possible bone of contention I see, as the rules forbid picking a west coast game in the last hour before it goes off.

The other point is, I don't know where BetJam lines are located (after the game has gone off) if any dispute were to arise.

you know, there should be a standard posting format. I don't have one, but I remember the Beaner-Ray contretemps over the parlay-lookin' thing Ray posted. If I had been the bean man I would have been pissed.

Since I don't have a format for baseball as i do for football, let me just say, both contestants better make it damn clear

a) which side you are betting on

b) what price you're betting

c) how much you are risking

Thank you.

I think we should be able to post the plays the night before or before 9 AM. I am unable to post during 8 and 5 EST on most days. So if I like a play but my opponent posts it before I do then I can't play that? Just making sure. If that is the rule then I will abide.

That rule was 3 Seconds' suggestion. IMO, anytime before the game goes off (by MJ timestamp) is ok , but that's for you two to decide.

Stupid Rule!

Each player should email you his play(s). You then post their plays at Madjacks. They should have the freedom to handicap and play any game, regardless if the other player likes the same game.

It would only make sense to email.

If it came down to the last couple of days, the other person could just copy the players plays and guarantee a win.

Also..

I think it should be added that..

If a player loses the $1000 before the 2 weeks then they automatically lose.

Odds have been posted at the Venetian Sportsbook...

3 Seconds -120
Harvey Dent +100

Oddsmakers felt Harvey should be a slight dog. I'm wondering which way the Sharps go?

Emailing is too complicated and I'm not always aruond. Picks will be posted here, first poster gets the game. Remember, the opponent can still bet the other side or the total.

Only other possible problem is pitcher changes. So, it will be assumed your bet is action unless you specify one or two pitchers, in which case if the pitchers change, the bet is off. Just as the books do it.

Just to simplify this now:

ALL WAGERS OF MINE ARE FOR BOTH LISTED STARTERS ONLY

(I will list them w/ each wager I make)

If that were allowed, the first guy to get ahead could win by copying the rest of his opponent's plays.

Remember, there are any number of bets for one game. If a guy takes a side, you can still take the -1.5, -2.5, or +1.5, +2.5, as well as all the different totals options. All kinds of possibilities.
