It's not even that you get tricked into clicking on it anymore, you can see where the link is taking you no matter how well it's disguised.

What is getting annoying is after every link posted that is not a RickRoll people have to reassure everyone that it's not by saying "Not a RickRoll" after the link they post.

Jack, I say automatic three day ban for anyone posting a RickRoll from here on out.
