YOUR HONOR I CANT SEE MY CASE GOING FOREWARD I HAVE A GAMBLING PROBLEM AND MY LOVELY WIFE WONT LET ME BORROW ANY MORE MONEY FOR A LAWYER SO THIS CASE IS A MIS TRIAL.

Jim, I have considered your predicament and all I have to say is, tough shit. You will stand trial for the charges against you which are as follows:

1. Public Indecency - holding your weiner in public above the sheets
2. Slander and Libel - Lenny at Cascade/ Hollywood Sports
3. Discrimination - Nigerians, Yuri, Jews and Italians
4. Federal Housing Discrimination Laws - Yuri and BTJ's other minority tenants
5. Cruelty to Animals - squirrells

While the prosecution has also asked that you be charged with Hate Crimes and Civil Rights Violations, I have not seen sufficient evidence to allow these charges to be brought to trial so they are hereby dismissed.

As far as you inability to hire an attorney, the court officially appoints Scotty-Atlanta as your defense council. He has volunteered for this case after actually assisting the prosecution in the early stages of their investigation so he should be very well versed in the specifics of the case.

These are serious charges Jim and the court strongly recommends that you participate in your own defense as a failure to do so may very well result in a conviction on one or all of the charges. You might want to consider contacting Father Ryan as a character witness as I am sure that is testimony would be very revealing.

Boys.....Do not be so hard on James. I was "hard-on" him, and look how he turned out!

He does work at the YMCA cleaning the mens lockers, but only because he was caught in some "indiscretions" in the boys locker room!

I happen to know that James, was not "sniffing seats" as was so crudely mentioned, but rather suffering the consequences of some earlier "hands on healing" I administered in that make-shift confessional. James usually doesn't throw up like that, but I had eaten some asparagus at lunch, and had several olives in my Martinis.

This case is dismissed!

Due to the lack of evidence to support the charges against BeanTownJim and in recognition of St. Patrick?s Day and BTJ?s birthday, I hereby dismiss all charges in this case.

Furthermore, it is apparent to this court that the fact that these charges were filed with extremely weak evidence constitutes malicious prosecution and BTJ may have cause to file a civil suit against Raymond and Agent 0659.

BeanTownJim you are free to go and free to once again sleep with you hands beneath the covers.

Here I was thinking this thing was going to tie me up for the next three weeks!
I certainely want to thank the Agent and his top cop for wasting all of our time in this matter, and want to wish BTJ a happy birthday :mj14:
I have a feeling Scotty KOD saw this coming, and subsequently switched over from the prosecution to the defense :clap: Now we shall see if Scott throws the book at these two deadbeats :tongue :look:

One of the funniest things that came out of this was RAYMOND's persistance and Agent (I think it was ) finding this picture of btj. Have you noticed since we posted this, btj hasn't called anyone out of their name.
