Are the following quotes right or wrong.

It's a 50/50 chance that a tossed coin will come down heads, therefore if you go on tossing the coin long enough you will get exactly 50% heads and 50% tails.


People proceed to deduce that after 200 tosses of a coin which produced 108 heads the next 200 tosses are likely to provide 108 tails because things even up in the long run.
