they're starting to smell like the 49ers of last year.....everybody was on their jock, pumping them up......then the season started and nothing happend

vikes have a good d-line and running game, after that i seriously question their pass defense and quarterback.

Question is....

can they stay off boats?

Where it is real F ing COLD
Give Favre to the Viqueens and suddenly Minnesota looks like a Super Bowl team.

One thing that is going to REALLY Hurt the Viqueens is the loss of Tony Richardson. Trust me, this guy blocked like a mad man for years in KC and the Chiefs could always run the ball. He leaves and suddenly KC can't run the ball worth a damn.

Adrian Peterson is really going to miss this old man.

Richardson was below average and looked washed up last year event though the Vikes ran well. Thomas Tupeh is the new fullback and the scouts are raving about him.

I can understand that but the 49ers seriously had very little talent. The Vikes have some real stars on their team. I am worried about pass rush and passing game as well.

So. Cal
team to watch early is Buffalo.

10-12 wins possible for them .

while the schedule sets up nicely for buffalo, 12 wins, in the afc, no chance.

severe dogs to ne-ne-@jax which means 0-3 is likely, which in turn means 12-1 in their other 13 games?

9 wins, maybe 10 and an outside shot at a wild card berth (think clev clowns last year)

vikings d

the vike's pass d gets a bum rap. no pressure on the qb makes it tough on any d backs. winfield played hurt alot last year. griffin is a tough, physical corner. let's see what happens with the new stud at defensive end. it will make a difference. i do think O line is overrated. they should have made some moves there. i think they will go 9/7

These are just reports that I am hearing. Tavaris Jackson is looking "miles ahead" of where he was at this time last year. Take that with a grain of salt because of training camp propaganda, but the same guys that are praising him now were the same one's that thought he was clueless at this time last year. Not jumping the gun and will keep on tracking. I will keep an eye on this becuase you really have to sort out the bullshit before I get to optimistic, but the news is a bit more comforting this year.
