The tv game tonight features a total, 182', that is 20 points higher than normal league totals. I presume this will be a showcase game, with both teams racing up and down the court. ESPN's Bill Simmons has written about shrimpy little commie Stern's maniacal attempts to hard-sell this unseemly league to an uninterested public.

There are two ways to go:

- bet under 182'
- wait for 2h and hope the 1h goes over (87')

I choose the latter.

WNBA general opinions.

Don't really see this league going anywhere. Probably better to let it die, but as a gambler I hope it sticks around, as long as it isn't subsidized out of my pocket.

It's not really bad quality play, it just isn't very interesting. The women aren't really ugly, but they lack sex appeal. Kind of a blah deal.
