Japanese ref hands Brazil a victory in the opening game vs Croatia. Spain gets a penalty kick on a phantom foul that never happened. Mexico player Dos Santos gets not one but two good goals taken away on an offsides that never happened. Bosnia-Herzegovina unfairly stripped of a good goal on the same day that Iran were unfairly denied a penalty kick inside the box vs. Argentina.
Goals were also unfairly taken away in the Australia/Chile game. Then, just today, came the ugliest and most disgrace play of the entire tournament when Luis Suarez BITES the back of Italian player Giorgio Chiellini and gets away with it. This comes after Italian player Claudio Marchisio gets sent off on a red card on a play with which there was no malice whatsoever involved on Marchisio's part.
On top of that, the family name of the referee in charge of today's Italy vs Uruguay match is Moreno. The same last name as the referee, who in 2002, took away the winning goal scored by Italy vs. South Korea, which South Korea eventually won. Moreno was subsequently banned from refereeing and is now in prison on drug smuggling charges.
Two minutes after the non-call on Suarez's bite, Uruguay scores the game winner.
Is this sheer coincidence?
The obvious must now be stated. This tournament is fixed. It's fixed for a South American team to win it. Consider this......there are actually TWO World Cups being played in this tournament currently. One in the extremely hot, almost unbearable north, and one in the far cooler south.
Why did the vast majority of European teams get the northernmost games and the South Americans, who actually live in this part of the world get the cooler north?
This borders on the unbelievable. It's obvious to anyone with half a brain.
FIFA needs to get investigated. Especially in light that one of their highest ranking officials, Franz Beckenbauer, was recently placed on a 90 day suspension pending an investigation on charges of curruption.
The 2014 World Cup is fixed.
