The HP is Randozzo and he has produced 4 consecutive overs and 8 out of his last 10 have gone over. During his streak of overs he has given up a total of 12.3 runs. I'll take nearly a 4 run cushion on any day. In addition the umpire their are a couple of other factors that point me to this play. Dempster comes off a complete game where he pitched well but he had given up early runs in the last few previous to that outing. I would expect him to be more prone to revert to the form he showed prior to his last start, especially coming off a complete game. For Tampa Kennedy has pitched well but was hit hard in last start against the Marlins.
