on april 2 my wife tried to cash a$500 check at caesar's in indiana. in the middle of it their system went down & she was reassured by a supervisor she would not be charged
guess what, apr 3 it was deducted from my acct
i fou nd out apr 16 & wife called caesars &they told her she had to call check processing co, she did & they told her they would investigate & g et back within 2 wks
wife, not happy with caesars cust. service called them back & got major run around
finally got someone that said would take care of it within 2 weeks
may 1, no calls to us or $$$ in acct. i e-mailed ind gaming comm, no reply yet. wife called ind gaming comm they said might take 2 wk:scared
i have contacted my lawyer, he said he could write a letter & call. i don't understand why something so simple, i believe caesar's tills must balance, has to result in lawyers at my expense:shrug:

Ok, seriously...I have been through some major shit with Caesars on a CC charge that should not have been charged, then I stopped payment. They are a major fukcing pain to say the least! Keep going up the ladder is all I know to tell you, and be a major asshole that's the only way to get anywhere these days.

haven't bounced any checks & won't but no body at caesars has even asked:nono: you know how easy going i am & they got me highly pizzed. my problem is there books couldn't have balanced,they found the reason and diddn't contact us
