Let me see whether I'm following your reasoning.

It's bad for a large producer to poison hundreds or thousands, but okay for a small producer to poison dozens...correct?

i actually agree with u on this ssd. But i think the only way things turn around is when the big guys start fighting the big guys. The Walmarts of the world see their bottom line drop drastically cause nobody has money to spend. It happen earlier when they blamed the oil companies for their declining profits. If u can survive the storm things will be okay. It is surviving the storm that is gonna be the terrible task to deal with.

I have done my homework on this. I grow my own produce and supply a number of local families as well. I can and process extra in the summer for the winter.
I have a network of natural and organic providers that I use for my other foods.

I buy an entire organic cow, have it butchered and store it myself. Same with pork and chickens. I buy free-range, local eggs.


I rely very little on the mainstream food chain.

None of the little guys that I use has ever had any problem with their food. They know if they do, they are done.


Not to say it can't or won't happen but if it does, it will be relatively easy to pinpoint.
