I hope you're right. If this game is in the 17-20 point range at halftime though, I think I will probably try to middle the Game Under with the 2H Over. I've only been watching for the past 5 minutes or so, but by the way the announcers are describing it it sounds like both teams are moving the ball, just not punching it in.
