I have not yet watched 30 minutes of any college basketball game this season nor looked at a single log of results to date.

On Tuesday the "Play of the Day" thread caught my eye. I made a tally of the selections and then read all of the daily threads in the forum. (Regardless of the results, it was a productive way to get my feet wet on the season.) I sensed a good deal of confidence in quite a few plays on Tuesday. I followed the same procedure again tonight.

This is how I played them:

(A) Tuesday Parlay:
Eastern Michigan(-3')
Marquette (-145 ML)

(B) Tuesday Parlay:
Northern Arizona(+5)
Tennessee Chatanooga(Pk)
$20 WON $52

(C) Wednesday Wagers:
Louisville(-5')
Central Michigan(+12)
Virginia Commonwealth(-3')
Iowa(-2)
$40 each @ 3-1 WON $76

That's 8-1 for the two days. Obviously, there will be days that sag when a few key games go the wrong way. I'll continue to play small like I almost always do when I steal from others. But you look like a bunch of geniuses tonight.

had a similar streak this wk courtesy of Ray, volfan, fletcher, bromo, nickelback, and toronto plus a few others, the sweet thing about this board is that you've got your veterans to follow like the above crew but this board keeps drawing in new people with talent too and getting the regional experts insight(like hellah) is icing on the cake. I really muddled through football this yr trying to isolate consensus' with my favorites but this hoops board is HOT!

With a little help from my friends............

10-1 since Monday, and my one loss was my own doing on a sucker bet I took last night with Oregon. This was actually against the majority of posters here and I paid the price. By tip, I knew I was goosed, but that is the one thing about online gaming that really blows, no cancelations or even flip-flop. I could have bet against myself and eaten the juice, but I had just cashed out about 20 units that morning, and only left myself a few to screw around with for the rest of the week.

In conclusion, everyone particiapting here is excellent. People have been sticking to what they know and drilling the hoops this week. Thanks to all, and special thanks to RAYMOND, and hellah10 (MAAC "Daddy")!!!!!
