Instructions:

click on
http://rapidshare.de/files/17611096/carmensybian.avi

then under the free column, scroll down, and it should say "select your download", click on free, then it will countdown so many seconds (usually 40-50), then it will ask you to enter the 3 digit code it provided, and then click on open (a box should pop up), voila, you are on your way to viewing carmen electra ride the pony on the howard stern show!!!
