whats kind of surprising is that they didnt even make a push.

good teams should always make a push at some point in the 2h when theyre down, and then its up to the inferior team to withstand that run and seize back control of the game.

but the cards didnt even put a remote scare into tcu

I agree Gman. I used to chat with you at wagertrash quite a bit, just started over here a couple of weeks ago. Seems like a good crowd over here.

typical CUSA team - when it comes time for nut-cutting they just blow Marquette pulled it off last year - the old "exception that proves the rule" conference will probably get 5 bids and a damn good chance none make sweet 16

really think memphis is the only team winning some games in the tourney. i wasnt that high on them a few weeks ago, but its clear that theyre the elite team in conference usa. and theyre not even ranked. go figure

Doing great, took almost a year off and back into hoops again now. Looks like you are hitting the totals hard lately. I guess things do change. Best of luck.

gman it makes me wonder - if Roy coached a CUSA team would the trends cancel out and result in a clutch performing team? kind of like the infamous George Carlin question - if I go to an Italian restaurant and I have anti-pasta and pasta, do I leave hungry?

good question. never heard that carlin quote- lmao. right now roy and huggins have equally mediocre teams that could be out before the sweet 16 if they keep playing this way
