about as much as it excites the boys from Fresno. Talk about a let down. You have the biggest prize in the land in your site and then you have a chance to share the conference because you couldn't get it done against a team you should have beaten and then you are happy to settle for a trip to the liberty bowl. Everything I have read and heard out of their camp says, they are trying to convince themselves of what they are not prepared to do tonight. Fresno may cover but if there was ever a team that does not deserve the backing of any gambler who cares about money this is that team. The head is gone, don't be shocked to see Tech run the ball and look very good early against these guys.

I would disagree because they ran for like 70 yards against Boise...but then again only time will tell.

I guess the water mark of 70 yrds is out the window. Motivation is the key word the rest of the way . Find teams that feel they are better than the game they have to play and go against them if the line is right.

you were all over this one. Fresno looked like they were playing an intra-squad scrimmage. wondering if Louisville might not act the same way today? nice job on this one though

I was thinking CONN, both teams QB's are out and LOU has some dings at the wr and rb. It's going to be cold and the cards have their ticket punched for a bowl game. I have nothing but the greatest respect for Randy and how they prepare for games and the effort they display on the field. A different qb for Conn is nothing new but this will be the first game for the Cards with out their # 1. I like the Conn (O) line and think the LOU red shirt qb should shorten the field for Con today. Talk about motivation, this game means everything to this CONN team and fan base and program. A win today is just one more step in the right direction. Edsall is a coach that will be talked about and sought after in the future. I can't think of the kids name but Conn returned a key (LB) last wk. The points look good to me. Also like Navy to roll and PENN to win @ the Palestra today. Temple no longer has the service of the only two big guys that can play.Tem won a 1 point game with Marshall and Butler last yr, Penn won't have to deal with that size today and their guards should do what Rutgers guards did the other night.
