Yep, those goal line stands are definitely over killers.

Ugh. :(

I believe someone chimed in on VT last night early in the 2nd quarter. Maybe comments on the "given" outcome should be put on hold until the final seconds tick off the clock.:nono:

At some point, Pitt will realize their strength is the pass and just keep firing. They are trying to mix it up by running early to setup the pass, but their WR's are so much more talented than UVA's corners they should just pass every down.

It's like tomorrow's Minnesota vs. Arizona NFL game... while would Vikings even care to run to setup the pass.... with Culpepper and Moss just tear them apart. Rutherford and Fitz reminds me of those two.

These long drives with lots of runs by Pitt is killing the clock. At least with a passing game you tend to stop the clock more often with incompletes and WR's running out-of-bounds.

The over still looks great though, especially because of UVA. They will air it out on any given play.

cannot understand that rule.ball was on the ground at that time.seems like head official should be allowed leeway to make call.

Been taking down Christmas lights. I see that at least 4 points (1 PAT and a FG) or 8 points (1 PAT and a TD) is missing from the total.

About last nights game, VT losing was rigged. I did have Cal and was very amazed that it ended up being a winner. There is no way VT should have lost that game. . .unless money scripted the outcome.

Today I have the over and it stands at 27 with 1:21 remaining in the First Half. It could be 30 points, but Pitt elected not to try a FG. . .again. It may end up over, but I do not think so. . .I hope so.

if Pitt stops thinking they can run the ball like Denver Broncos... and start throwing like Vikings (Rutherford + Fitz similar to Culpepper + Moss)... then maybe they'd have a chance to win... and they'll make the OVER that much easier.

Don't forget the inadvertent whistle that cost UVA a turnover just outside the red zone. And 4th-and-10, Pitt went for it rather than go for 48-yard FG. The 5-plays inside the 3 in 1Q hurts the most though. Take 7 minutes off the clock and don't score on a 1st and goal at the 1.

But have faith! This puppy going OVER. These teams will score every-other possession.

over is out be back gotta run to the local because of this loss

Don't be so sure! if UVA can score TD early 4Q it will force Pitt to play catchup. Lots of scoring left...

Hmm... there goes that early TD in 4Q... 1st-and-goal and it ends up as an INT in end zone.

No one has scored yet on 1st-and-goal.

Damn.
