to the point where I can identify the ones driving down the road texting or on cell
I admit I answer my phone while driving but put it on speaker and look for a place to stop.
I never text or answer them from vehicle.

I just thought of something yesterday it';s happend before people got injury from hot coffee at MC D's lady won a million dollar law suit.
SO these phone companies could be sued for NOT posting warnings about Using while walking , driving , or in motion at anytime because they are 4 X more likely to get in an accident
