will he look to come after you or kids for getting him charges ?

did he discharge his fire arm before or after coming to the conclusion that the people were children and they they were not of any harm or danger to him and his family?



if he fired a shot after knowing it was children involved, the man should be in jail for life.


if he truly thought they were criminals, I understand wanting to protect yourself/family, but no reason to fire a gun ever...

Our kids didn't realize anyone was behind them until they were a good 100 + yards from his property line.

I spoke with the police this afternoon and they said the guy has been released but he still doesnt understand what he did wrong..........:facepalm:

I also asked the officer what would of happened if that was a Game Warden or an Officer coming through the woods....He said the guy would be dead, period.

That is really screwed up. Hope the indiviual gets charged with a crime. Discharging a firearm as a warning shot at someone (especially children) for just being on a trail near the persons property should be punishable. Obviously the guy has a mental problems. Glad the kids are alright.
