After yesterday...and the day before that..and the week before that....I have sworn off betting the Flubs. Now that I won't be putting any $$ on them, they are likely to go on a 15 game win streak--starting today with a drubbing of the pathetic Pads. I am fine with this because I am doing it for the "team" here at MJs.
I anticipate that Sammy will look into the camera...mouth the words "f*ck off loser" intended specifically for me, and proceed to hit three homers today. The Pads will further mock me by grounding into the only two double plays possible in their at bats since they will only get two runners on the whole game. The Cubs bullpen will look Cy and all his cousins......
