I am not sure if I think that should be against the law or not. Profanity/nudity/behavior are really tough nuts to crack when it comes to legality. While I think some discretion should be given to local communities to set laws on these things, at what point do they infringe on someone's first amendment rights to freedom of expression? I just don't know.
