I am not rooting for one of the teams team. My heart isnt with one of the teams. How am I "biased?" You may think I am wrong, but it isnt bias. You of course could turn out to be right, but your heart is necessarily part of the equation. That is bias. AS I said above I dont want Okie State to win it all. But let's not let facts get in the way.

Congrats to NC State backers. . . should have been easier in the 2nd half than it was but clearly the right side.

How UConn ended up with a 2 seed is still beyone me. . .

good call on ncst

cant believe uconn got a #2 as well but oh well...thought they were playing fairly well until they got drilled by syracuse...saw them as a strong #3 or #4 about 3 weeks ago but looked at them as a weak #2....still thought they could handle ncst.

Again, to me its all about matchups. . . NC State and their offensive schemes led to easy baskets which was the key during their run to get a large lead

Good luck with Kansas. They would be the worst shooting team in the history of the tournament to make the Final Four. I just cannot back them.

Good luck Nickel!

:) Shocker.

Let me guess Spalding. . . you took North Carolina to get to the Final Four right?!?! LOL, so did everyone else. . . I rarely follow the crowd especially when it comes to my bracket.

Yeah, my bracket is torn to shreds now after Kanas and Wake Forest both lost. . . gotta love the tournament for all the upset especially those that are nearly impossible to see.

GJN, you watching Southern Illinois/OSU right now? OSU doesn't handle the speed of SIU well at all. . . on the flip side, SIU doesn't handle the big men of OSU at all unless they get help and collapse. . . exactly what Arizona is know for and what got them past Kansas in 97

We'll have to see what happens

The key for Arizona will be Radenovich helping out Frye underneath. . . if he leaves Frye alone, Arizona is dead. . . if he helps out then Arizona has a good chance.

vs okie state i can see lute going with frye-ivan or frye-walters or walter-frye all day long to match up size for size....vs so ill i see ivan-walters playing little and us going with rodger-jmac in a small lineup

Good news if Southern Illinois can hold on in the second half. . . and yeah, I could see Lute going to Rodgers more and keeping Radenovich out against SIU given their speed. Still, as SIU would find out, Arizona can play their style, only better :)

Lets hope they can hold on

OSU tough in the second half. . . hopefully Arizona can handle their strength. . . I think our guards won't have any major problems but Frye will need Radenovich underneath the basket with him. . .

Should be a great game

Washington ML +105 over Louisville Above Average. . .

Really like this play. . . public is not on the #1 seeded Huskies as I suspected. Strange because its usually the opposite but Louisville is gaining popularity. Hard to go against such a solid coach but the Cardinals don't strike me as a very physical team which is the key to beating this Husky team IMO.

Texas Tech -2 over West Virginia Average. . .

We'll see if Knight can coach his way to a win again. This team comes off as very confident to me right now.

Arizona/Oklahoma State pass

What? No play on Arizona? As much as I have hyped them up this week and as much as I feel like they could win this game I could also see them losing. Physical teams have traditionally been a problem for the Cats UNLESS the officials call every ticky tack foul. Usually with physical teams comes size (specifically height to complement the weight being thrown around) but this is something Oklahoma State lacks. Frye could have a great game if he brings it. . . this includes shot blocking on the smaller forwards of OSU. The improvement of Walters and Radenovich lately will certainly be needed to contain the forwards for Oklahoma State. I saw that Master Capper mentioned that he felt OSU could get to Stoudamire a little and at least put a hand in his face which he thought might frustrate Stoudamire. But this hasn't stopped Stoudamire lately and he can still create halfway open looks with screens and that's all he needs. Its not like teams haven't tried to get to him. . . I think the key is focusing on the forwards of Arizona and containing them especially Frye. Just like Master Capper said, Stoudamire will get his points. . . if not from three point range then probably from the free throw line.

Also unsure about the total on this one as it could go either way. Both teams could come off playing tremendous defense or hit all of their shots and find ways to get to the free throw line. Flip a coin! Should be a great game to watch but no reason to bet it IMO. Maybe I'll feel different at the half.

Arizona/OU over 79 2nd half above average

Both teams finding ways to score and taking advantage of height (Arizona) or strength (OSU)

And for those of you thinking about taking OSU, remember something: Stoudamire played less than 10 minutes of the first half. . . Lute sat him out on purpose to prepare him for the 2nd half. He should be the difference but hats off to OSU for getting back in the game after Arizona's quick start
