This is the forecast I heard about an hour ago. Winds blowing in to start the game, but changing to blowing out around the 5th or 6th inning at 15-20 mph. Winds can change in a hurry in Chicago. Played the over myself.

This forecast shows the wind continuing to blow in from left and increasing some as the afternoon progresses. 9.5 seems a little low but I'm passing on it after playing the first two games over. Good luck to those on it...
