and then I'm off to the cabin on the Lake for a long weekend before the long weekend. :00hour

Yes, Kershaw has the pitching edge by a mile - on paper. But his OTR is papered over by what he does AH. And Estrada is not as bad as his record, especially recently. Also, the Brews are on the way to running away with their Division, on an incredible hot streak, on their way to becoming an elite team and they know it and so do their fans. Taking the far better positioned team AH hands down at plus money.

My second play is not on the bases, but the Toronto Argos (-3) (-102) in the CFL. They are as terrible as the Sask Roughies on paper but show a lot better bright spots (incl at QB) and should start to pull out of a disappointing season AH. This will not count for my record. At least I'll be able to listen on Sirius Satellite Radio at the cabin this eve and drink a bottle of 1986 Bordeau that a friend left there for me as a present for using it. Any 25 yr old bottle of wine can be faulted or fruitless, but he drank a bottle of this a year ago and said it was good. :lol:

Sorry for the diversion. Back in a bit with the 2nd baseball play.

GLTA of you Madjackers today!! :toast:

One More + A Dose of Discipline

One More + A Dose of Discipline

Toronto/Romero (-118) 118.00 ----> 100.00

Yes, I know they are a home team. But they are on a hot streak and scoring runs and buoyant (critical for a young up and coming team) and now after some wins it's Romero's turn to step up to the plate. Or rather, we should say step onto the mound. Oakland has not been on a run, recently. Looks like a good situation. Maybe famous last words, but if you can't bet them here OTR, when can you? Plus it's a short line. :SIB

Anyways, that's it. I'll try and follow from the WiFi at the local library.

GO BREW CREW! GP JAYS! GO ARGOS! :00hour :toast:

Oh yeah, the discipline. I really like the Texas chances this eve, plus the White Sox. But playing excessively starts to look too much like rolling the dice or something. :00011
