un 4.5 Ana/Tor -105 (Washy pitches to win-his stats today should improve over season avg)

un 4.5 TX/CWS +109 (Drese one of this season's surprises)

over 6.5 SD/Colo -115


all lines from Olympic for first 4.5 innings.

I've been doing well on these first 1/2 bets. I'll start posting them and see if it continues!

I like 'capping the first halfs because I can concentrate on starters +offense, and almost ignore the bullpens. That removes a lot of work and even more unpredictability.

I think IE bets them a lot. I've dabbled in them a bit with mixed results. I look at them most if there is a decent under umpire with two good starters and I lean under because, as you said, that takes the pen out of consideration.

ie does a lot with starting pitcher cycles and thus plays a lot of first half totals, you should drop him an email.
