thinking Palffy will want to show up on ice to distract folks and focus on something other than his troubles (like Brodeur did last season). Many times these distractions help a player focus. Vanc wants to do something about thier bad road record/offense--and an LA team with lotta injuries is the ticket. But Vanc loses lots of games they should win, so staying off the side.

afraid they may start Luongo after his early hook last night (Shields was to start, but he played most of game last night and didn't give 'em strong reasons to start tonight) --so Luongo could be fired up to steal a game (or keep it closer than it should be).
