1-1 yesterday because I was too bull headed to pass on the total. Today, I like Dallas a lot but will pass on the sides because if Adelman does what I think he will do this game could be very close. I also have enough faith in Paul Silas to think Char might win this one but can they pull the line?

I wanted to ask this question all day yesterday. Why would the team with the best record in the NBA (especially at home) change their rotation so drastically to try to match-up with anyone? Why did they abandon their game plan that had won the first game and had them up at the half. Why did they quit going to the basket in the second half? The answer to the first question is probably because Dallas had already beat them at home twice this year so they were going to try something different. Worked all right the first game but I knew Nellie had gone to school on the Utah series. The difference in the second half was the hard foul. Sac players don't like the hard foul when they drive to the basket and the refs weren't calling half of them. Webber gets frustrated and Divac gets mad and the rest of the guys would rather shoot jumpshots. Pollard will get in there and mix it up but he wasn't in the game. In the two games Sac lost at home in the regular season they tried to play run and gun with Dallas and that didn't work. They tried to drive to the basket on Dallas' weak inside d and that worked until Nelson started making them pay for it.

Here's the way I see tonights game. Sac can and will play d tonight. If the refs call the hard fouls they might even win. The way to make the refs get involved is to not complain but start fouling hard also. The game will get rough and the refs will have no choice. They have to play Pollard and let him and Divac do the dirty work. If they play this type game then it will go under.

I have a lot of faith in Paul Silas. He also will go back and look at what Ind did and you will see that style of play tonight. He will try to slow this game down and take the game inside. I expect this game to stay close also with Char getting the win.

With everyone looking for the Dal game to go over the line comes out the same as the last time. This looks a little odd to me. Also the first two games in NJ go over by 14 and 10 yet the line only goes up by 2. Looks like Vegas is looking for over money in both games.

Going with

Char u 182
Dallas u 210'

Good luck everyone
