You're wrong on the ML on a 14 point favorite to bin the Big10 at home against Ut. St. and call him one of the best? I do fade him. Faded 2 of his 2nd half plays at 5% today. Problem with the volume player is he doesn't really know anything about most of what he bets.

But ya know what, I could do my own fckn research and blame no one but myself. I'm slothful and lazy plus it makes me feel better to blame someone else than myself. Should be a giver instead of a taker, but it is what it is. Most don't have the luxury of sitting in front of a phone/computer all day and taking thunder's selections. It's a hobby for most, if it was my livelihood, then I guess I'd make adjustments. I'm kind of like Bill Clinton, the math don't add up but most people don't give a shit cause most of us are just small time amateurs and participate to avoid conversing with our spouses.

MY 2 CENTS:
1) By my calculations, Thunder is still POSITIVE for the year. I would imagine that's better than the majority of "cappers" at this stage.
2) If you are smart, you would pay VERY CLOSE attention to what this man puts up next week. On the RARE occasions that I have seen a week close to this from Thunder in the past years, he usually bounces back with a monster week. That's what winners do. IMO, Thunder is just that. So all you haters out there, PLEASE fade him next week.
I have NEVER in 30+ years of being around handicapping, seen someone who follows so many games and be this consistently successful over the years. I defies logic. I cannot imagine the amount of hours he puts in. Then post all his hard work..FOR FREE!!!
I have no reason to kiss this man's ass. We have no connections other that we both post on madjack's. I am just calling it like I see it.

Thunder has been here for a long time, and is popular amongst almost all the regulars here. I can understand some honest criticism for stuff like too many plays or no vig, and those items have been discussed ad nauseam over the years. In Thunder's credit, he always tries to explain what his thinking is and why he does things the way he does and how he almost always gets positive vig. It is what it is.
But to question his integrity is just so wrong. I have seen numerous occasions where he has underestimated his winnings, and someone catches it and corrects him. He has also made an occasional mistake the other way, and someone always corrects him, and Thunder always rechecks his calculations and then thanks the person that caught the mistake. He has no reason to fudge his record here.
Jeff, I thank you for the time and effort you put in to share your handicapping results. I accept full responsibility for the results of any bets I make based on your posts. Please ignore the haters, the MJs that look forward to your plays outnumber them 1000 to 1 or better. Keep up the good work. We appreciate your efforts.
