Couple of losing days to start the week. Need to turn that around today. Updated Season Posted Record: 207-185 (53%) for +23.0 units. Pretty ho-hum, but looking to finish the season strong.

Playing these three to start out the day:

Miami/VaTech Over 136 for 2 units - LOSS ? pace should be there for this with both teams clawing to live another day. These guys won?t be like Colorado and be simply resigned to letting their season end.

Nova -1.5 for 3 units - LOSS ? The guards typically get all the press for these two clubs. However, today I think the difference maker is Forward Dante Cunningham. Despite Nova?s big win last time out versus Marquette, Lazar Hayward ate up Cunningham. I believe he gets some major revenge here today. It?s been 6 seasons since Nova left the Big East tournament after their first game. They continue the streak here with a win and a cover.

Providence/Ville Under 148 for 4 units - WIN ? The Cards may be the hottest team in the nation right now. Since their collapse at Notre Dame in mid-February they have ratcheted up their trademark D and it will continue today.

Looking into the other Big East games and awaiting the Big XII lines. GL guys.

another couple:

Pitt -4 for 4 units
Oklahoma -4 for 4 units

These two plays are very similar. Both are rested top 10 teams that have a very big advantage in the front court. Yeah they are facing rivals that they beat twice already and those rivals would love to knock them out in their first conference game. However they are going to be just as motivated to get another W for seeding purposes.

halftime play:

Oklahoma -3 for 2 units - Pokes hot from behind the arc, but that is going to stop. The rested team pulls away as Okie State is likely to hit a wall here in the second half.
