Lowe usually sharp against Phil, AT off loss and generally hit Moyer (who's been hittable). Lowe been getting nice run support this season too....boy, almost took Pitt, who have an awful pen showing up today and with Ohlendorf coming back, McCutchen is pitching for his rotation spot.
