Schedule is certainly part of it. What has OSU done when we really look at it:
1) won a down Big 12, with 6 automatic wins v AM, Baylor, Okl
2) beat Texas 3 times (to many here that is meaningless)
3) against every other decent team away from home:
Lost to BYU
Lost at Mizzou
Blow out loss at TT
Beat Memphis in tourney (very close to home)
I think they are an excellent team, but to me they dont have "it." They have not played a team as tough as Pitt. Pitt will have the crowd. Lucas will be much less effective in a slower game. Okl State is very prone to foul trouble and Pitt is a team to take advantage of that. Texas would have won the last 2 games v Okl State if they could have hit the broad side of a barn. Pitt's offense isnt earth-shattering, but it doesnt have to be. Let's also keep in mind it has been a long time since OSU has been tested in a game. Pitt is tested in almost every game, and look at the last one at Wiscy.
