Loyola Chicago +2.5 over Butler (14)

Detroit Mercy -7.5 over Wisc Milwaukee

Duke (10) -6.5 over Clemson (19)

Thoughts:

Loyola Chicago - This goofy gym is a tough place to play, but that can't account for 5.5 point discrepancy I see in the line. Furthermore, when I went to bed last night, Butler was favored by 3. When I woke up, I see 73% of the bets are on Butler, yet the line continues to drop. Scary.

Detroit - This game doesn't even get charted if I wasn't an alumnus. Can't say this is a "homer" play bc I could give a crap them. However, Detroit as a 7 point favorite over ANYONE will catch my attention. I'm showing Detroit as a 4.5 point favorite, lots of betting on UWM, and a line that is creeping up.

Duke - Showing Duke as a 4pt favorite. Clemson is getting a lot of positive attention, but I think they are ready to get exposed yet again. This play scares me because if I lose it, I'll kick my own ass for betting on the Yankees of CBB with an inflated line.

Not exacty thrilled abot this card, but I'm rolling with it.

Good luck! My system also shows Duke as a play, but I'm passing because it's Duke. The Blue Devils' lines are always inflated at home, especially if the game is on national TV. I'll be rooting for you!

I think Clemson wins outright but Duke always has the officials on their side!

i like the Duke pick but have a question as to why you really think Loyola can beat Butler. I know Butler took a shit at UIC but they have played well recently and are in a postion to set themselves up for a decent seed in the NCAA tourney. Figure, they know they could reastically win out, win their tourney and catch a 4 seed in the Dance. I believe Butler is motivated and by far a better team, so my play is with them.
