I was thinking, there's no way you're going over tonight.
Not sure what my play will be but I certainly won't let you know if we're both on the under. I'd feel awful! Struggling right now.

Nole, hang in there. Given the line is even, that is 85-84 game right? Kobe gets 30, Shaq gets 30...where does the other 25 come from tonight. Hobbled Malone if he even plays, Payton has just flat out sucked, and I can't imagine Walton has half the game he did the other night. All this said, I have to believe both teams are a little tired too. Also, following the line movement.

Ugly game for the Lakers. Everyone all over the place has put PJ on a pedestal for being the greatest coach ever, well he is getting outcoached here big time IMO. Detroit has created mismatches everywhere, played to their strength, and dictated tempo. It is hard for me to understand that PJ can't get NBA players to better understand on how to defend a pick and roll. Detroit is flat out playing harder, smarter, and better...which is also the reason why they are getting to the line more. LA is lazy and just doesn't have the bench to match up with Detroit. The only chance LA has is to have monster games from Kobe/Shaq. Payton sucks, and Karl is just old. I do believe though LA will win the next game and will benefit more from the extra days rest. This past game played out the way I thought and was the reason why I played the under. Talk with you all on Sunday.
